Collection of Reviews

TrustyFi allows users to express their judgment through ratings from 1 to 5 accompanied by written reviews. This functionality is available both to evaluate platforms as a whole and to judge individual features, particularly useful for more complex protocols such as AMM DEX and options platforms.

Reviews on TrustyFi are divided into verified and unverified to ensure the authenticity and quality of feedback. Verified reviews are subject to limitations based on the subscription plan chosen by companies and are rewarded with our token to encourage broad and genuine participation by users.

Overall score

TrustiFi will assign to each platform's page an "overall score" given by the weighted average of received reviews (giving more weight to verified ones) which also takes into account factors such as: the profile's activity period, the company's verification status on our platform, the user's activity on the reviewed platform, "trustworthiness" of the user on trustyfi (which takes into account how many verified reviews and not has left, if they change them often, if they were deleted for spam / inappropriate content / etc…).

Accessibility

A cornerstone principle of TrustyFi is the public accessibility of reviews. These are displayed without filters and are permanent; only users themselves can modify the content of their reviews at any time. This approach prevents companies from removing unwanted feedback, promoting absolute transparency.

This feature is essential not only for customer service management but also to provide companies the opportunity to improve based on user feedback.
